What event services do you offer?

We offer everything you need for your next event, including event design, event management, event marketing, referrals for event catering and event entertainment, and all the other myriad services that help make your event a huge success.

Do you charge separately for your various event services?

Some of our services have a base price, while others, like wedding packages have specific rates. Some packages can be built upon, however a package such as a Platinum Wedding Package can’t be lessened. In other words, you can take a smaller package and build up with add ons from larger package options, but you can’t take a larger package and take out some of the feature services.The number of guest  and other variables can play a role in your end price for packages that have base prices. Check out our services page to determine what may be your best fit. Then contact us, so that we can help further assist you and guide you to what you may need.

What is event design?

Event design is the process of creating the perfect atmosphere for your event. It includes choosing the right décor, with elements like centerpieces, tables, chairs, staging, linens, lounge furniture, and china. Great event design helps your event stand out and leaves a lasting impression with everyone who attends.

Why should I hire an event designer?

Hiring an event designer is the best way to make sure that the various elements of your event work together to create a unified theme. Our event designs will help to bring your vision to life, while making sure all the details make your event unique.

What is the difference between event design and event planning?

Event design is all about finding the right mix of aesthetic elements to bring your event to life. Event planners handle the logistical elements of your event, including everything from the RSVP’s,  to the favors, down to the parking.

Is hiring an event planner worth the price?

Can you put a price on your sanity? When you’re planning a special event, you want everything to run smoothly from beginning to end. Most people are constantly juggling work, home, children, and all of life’s curveballs. Hiring an event planner will give you the peace of mind you need by offering as much support as you choose.

Most event planners work with a specific list of vendors. If I hire Detailed Diva, does that mean I can only use their suggested vendors?

Not at all, Detailed Diva’s preferred vendors have prices that may be exclusive for their clients. However, we constantly meet new vendors and form new relationships. We have no problems with working with vendors outside of our network. It’s a part of the business!

Will I be active in the planning of my event?

Your level of involvement in the planning process is a personal preference. We offer a variety of packages for planning and designing, each one with different levels of services offered. We strive to offer our clients with what they need to make their events a success. We highly encourage clients to view our packages and contact us. If you can’t find what you need from our pre selected packages, we can always make accommodations for you.

When is too late to hire a day-of coordinator?

Great question! We suggest shopping around for a coordinator as soon as possible. The earlier you do this,  the more time you have to compare prices, personalities, and feasibility budget wise!

I want to be a part of majority of my planning and assembly of decor. Do you offer any services for a client like me?

We suggest for the day of your event, you enjoy yourself and worry about connecting with your guest. Any level of planning you are interested in being a part of before your event is welcome. We will make sure you choose the service that is best for you.
